City Cat Clinic COVID Protocol
As of August 2, 2021, we are excited to announce that, in a limited/hybrid capacity, we will begin to allow clients into the building with their kitty again!
We will still continue to have policies in place to limit how many people we have in our lobby area and ensure that we are keeping our employees as safe
as possible, as we have small exam rooms where we are unable to socially distance.
- For all scheduled appointments, please call the clinic at (952) 925-0035 when you arrive in our parking lot.
Our front desk staff will check you in over the phone and assist you in the next steps. Once our staff alerts you that we are ready for you and your kitty
to enter the building, you will bring your cat (safely in a secured carrier) to the main door, under the awning in our parking lot. Our staff will escort you
straight into an exam room. At this time, we are only allowing ONE individual to come into the building during an exam. We also understand that some
clients may not want to enter the clinic and would prefer to continue doing curbside exam appointments. If this is the case, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate your request.
- We will continue curbside for all medication and food pick-up. Please call the clinic when you are in the parking lot and we will set your items on the table outside our main door.
You will pay for your items over the phone when calling to place the order.
- In order to ensure the safety of our staff and protect the well-being of the clinic, we require that you wear a mask at all times when interacting with our employees
and while being in our building. Having even one of our valued staff members become sick would have huge implications on the daily function of the clinic, so we thank you for wearing your mask!
At this time, we are unfortunately not accepting new clients.
Our boarding facility will continue to be CLOSED, as we focus on the medical needs of our patients.
For any client with a scheduled appointment that has an address change, please fill out the New Client Form
For all clients with a scheduled appointment, please fill out the Appointment Information Form This form must be filled out and submitted
within 24-48 hours of your appointment time. If you are bringing more than one cat, please fill out a separate form for each cat.
Why A Clinic For Cats Only?
A feline-only practice is different in many ways than other veterinary clinics. We are dedicated to having a calm, quiet, peaceful, dog-free environment that can minimize stress on your cat
and make their overall experience more enjoyable. We have equipment, housing and medications that are geared towards a cat's special needs. Our staff and veterinarians are extensively
educated and trained in every aspect of feline-only medicine and have a combined 40+ years of experience working with cats only!
